Terms of Service
Cancellations
Cancellations or reservation changes made at least one business day in advance allows the opportunity to accommodate other guests and will be greatly appreciated. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a charge of 50% of the service fee. No-show reservations are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the service appointment.
Late Arrivals
To ensure the promptness of all reservations I reserve the right to reschedule any reservation that is later than 15 minutes to another convenient time. I will always do my best to accommodate guests however, I can only do what I can with the time available.
Redo
Corey Chambers, LLC. stands firmly behind all of its salon services. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your service please contact me immediately so I can remedy the situation. Complimentary tweaks and adjustments will be honored for one week of the date of service.
Payment
Corey Chambers, LLC. Accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and cash for payment of services and products. I do not accept checks of any form for payment.
Returns/Refunds
Due to the artistic nature of what I do, I cannot offer refunds on services performed. However, I will work tirelessly to ensure you are satisfied.
If for any reason you are unable to come back into the salon for a complimentary tweaks and adjustments session within the one week period, a partial refund may be considered on a case by case basis. A partial refund will render the complimentary tweaks and adjustments session null and void.
Refusal of Service
The Services are offered subject to my acceptance of the request. I reserve the right to refuse service to any service, person or entity, without the obligation to assign reason for doing so. No service is deemed accepted by me until payment has been processed. I may at any time change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Service, subject to me fulfilling my previous responsibilities to you based on acceptance of your payment.

Termination/access restriction
Corey Chambers, LLC. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Nevada in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section.
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Corey Chambers, LLC. as a result of this agreement or use of the Site. Corey Chambers, LLC.’s performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of Corey Chambers, LLC. right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided to or gathered by Corey Chambers, LLC. with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Corey Chambers, LLC. with respect to the Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and Corey Chambers, LLC. with respect to the Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent an d subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be written in English.
Changes to Terms
Corey Chambers, LLC. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which Products, Services & www.hairbycorey.com is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. Corey Chambers, LLC. encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of my updates.
